Sofar Sounds produces curated performances in more than 300+ cities around the world. Each show brings guests and artists together in a secret location, which provides intimacy within each space. Many of these poster designs have been displayed around the Chicago and Boston areas (i.e. a rooftop apartment or a bike shop). Sofar serves as a platform for artists to connect with engaged audiences in cities around the world.
Having the creative freedom to design whatever I want? Count me in. Attending rad shows with rad people? Count me in and then count me in AGAIN. With these posters, I’m able to explore different styles that keep me challenging my creativity. From designing type with my family’s Lite-Brite (plus some Photoshop help) to doodling for hours on Procreate, these posters keep me creative outside the office.
